Education and Skills Development
School support, early childhood learning, digital skills and vocational training for young people.
NISD supports children to start and stay in school, and young people to gain practical skills. The work covers early childhood learning, school meals for children who would otherwise go without, and digital and vocational training for older students.
NISD has taken part in digital skills initiatives including the Connected African Girls Coding Camp held in Yaoundé, Buea and Douala in July 2021.
What this programme sets out to do
- Help vulnerable children start and remain in school

- Open digital and technical skills to young people, particularly girls
